Plank Challenge: I am on Day 1



I am feeling GREAT! A lot of energy. I got up at 6 and went to the gym to work out. On my way home for work, I thought about going to work out again, and forgot I worked out already.

I am doing the 2 min run to 30 minute run challenge.

Now on week two I am adding the 30 day Plank challenge.
Any other suggestions?
