3 and 3 and 20

  • I am on my second week of the running challenge. That is 3 minute walk and 3 minute running. I am doing okay on this.
  • I am lifting weights 3 days a week.
  • Eating. I am not doing well at sticking to my diet. I am not eating too much junk. Today I ate out in the name of our application video (my excuse). I will work tonight and going forward on this. I lost what 40+ pounds last time on the diet.
  • Starting a 30 day Plank Program. Starting at 20 seconds of Planks and ending at 300 seconds by the 30th day!

A skinnier me!
I need to find other options of getting in shape. I am getting there though. I am committed more than I have been in a long time. Skinnier me to the Amazing Race, here I come!
